Process
We worked with 20+ multicultural stakeholders and organization teams located in 4 continents. In a hybrid remote and in person context.

Methodology
Our approach is rooted in a robust and user-centric methodology that ensures each project meets the needs of our users and stakeholders.
Research
In-depth research was conducted to gather insights and understand user behaviors, pain points, and needs. This included competitive analysis and the design of collaboration workshops instead of individual interviews.
Workshops
We held comprehensive workshops focused on:
Empathize & Understand: Engaging with users to gain deep empathy and uncover genuine insights.
Define: Analyzing research findings to define clear problem statements.
Ideate: Brainstorming and generating innovative solutions to address user needs.
UX Strategy & Design
Our UX strategy was designed to align user needs with business goals, creating a seamless and engaging user experience. Through iterative testing and feedback loops, we ensured the final design was both user-friendly and impactful. Integrating elements of Storytelling and Marketing, we made sure the mission was up and front, and that there were clear calls-to-action throughout the user-journey.

Design Proposal with applied insights from workshop results

UI Design
Low & Medium Fidelity Prototyping
Initial concepts were translated into low and medium fidelity prototypes to validate ideas and gather early feedback. This allowed us to quickly iterate and refine our designs.
High Fidelity Prototyping
High fidelity prototypes of 6 pages were developed to closely resemble the final product, incorporating detailed visuals and interactions. These prototypes were essential for user testing and stakeholder approvals.
A Design System
A Design System at an atomic level was created in Adobe XD and handed over to the digital agency in charge of development and implementation.
Brand
Content Strategy We crafted a content strategy that included the curation of images for a ressources library which resonates with our target audience, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement across all touchpoints.
Branding
Our branding efforts focused on creating a cohesive and compelling brand identity that reflects the core values and vision of the company.
A human-centered participatory structure to determine a collective choice.
Creating a Playful and Safe Space
We designed a playful and safe environment by incorporating the following elements:
Intentional Diversity
We carefully analyzed participants' characteristics to ensure that teams were diverse and complementary. This approach fostered richer discussions and more innovative solutions.
Elimination of Hierarchies
By removing hierarchical structures, we encouraged open and equal communication. This allowed everyone to express themselves freely and contribute meaningfully.
Authenticity
We promoted an atmosphere where authenticity was valued. Encouraging participants to be courageous and vulnerable in sharing their ideas was essential for effective co-creation.
Play
We recognized that creativity flourishes in a relaxed and playful setting. By incorporating playful elements, we created a common language that made collaboration enjoyable and productive.
Humor
Humor played a crucial role in our process. Laughter helped to dissolve negative emotions and fostered a sense of unity among participants.

Framing the problem
Participants anonymously shared their impressions of the website redesign problem, then voted to prioritize these responses.
Set a course for success: what does success look like?
To ensure project success, we needed to align on goals, which can differ widely among team members. These insights helped us grasp the organization's broader objectives, moving beyond just a website redesign. Because a website is merely a means to achieve these goals.
No Data Loss
We documented everything thoroughly so that the information remained accessible to everyone involved, even after the project was completed. This served as a valuable resource for future projects.
Everyone's input was included in this documentation, even if what was retained differed. These data allowed us, both in terms of design and organization, to better grasp the understanding of AUTOSAR, its objectives, and its mission.
We collaborated with the web agency in Munich +Pluswerk , which assumed responsibility after our handover of the results to create and launch the AUTOSAR website. Despite their technical expertise, the final implementation differed from our initial design vision. While the end product was of high quality, some aspects deviated from our original specifications due to unforeseen constraints and adjustments during development.
